Do you offer done-for-you posting?

Yes, we do! You can see more details bout DFY content scheduling on the pricing page. We also offer clients full video walk throughs of the scheduler system, reusable templates if requested, and hand you a simple posting SOP so you can run your content runs smoothly.

What platforms do you support?

We natively integrate with Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite through HighLevel.
We also support TikTok and YouTube for content templates and scheduling hand-offs.

What do you need from me to get started?

Before we begin, we’ll ask for:
• Brand assets (logo, colors, links)
• Account access or permissions
• Calendar booking link
• Top 3–5 FAQs your customers ask
• Clarity on your first offer or main service
Once these are in, we handle the rest — setup, testing, and handoff.

What if I need changes after delivery?

You get two rounds of revisions within scope (up to 14 business days).
We record Looms and share a client resources hub so updates stay smooth and documented.

Can I cancel or pause a project?

IF no work has been initiated you have a 7-day period to cancel from Trial start date.
Work already in progress is non-refundable, but we’ll wrap up what’s complete and send all deliverables your way.

How do payments work?

All projects start with a 50% deposit, and the balance is due at handoff.
For monthly plans, payment is due on the start date each month.

Who do I contact if I have a question mid-project?

Your primary communication channel is email, but you’ll also get async updates through Loom videos and your Notion client hub for visibility and peace of mind.
