What if I need changes after delivery?

You get two rounds of revisions within scope (up to 14 business days).

Can I cancel or pause a project?

IF no work has been initiated you have a 24 hour period to cancel from payment accepted.
Work already in progress is non-refundable, but we’ll wrap up what’s complete and send all deliverables your way.

How do payments work?

All projects start with a 60% deposit, and the balance is due at handoff.
For monthly plans, payment is due on the start date each month.

Who do I contact if I have a question mid-project?

Our primary communication channel is email, but you’ll also get updates through your personal Notion client hub for visibility and peace of mind.
